Deliverables

Project Management Plan and Status

The objective is to define the approach to be used by the project team to deliver the intended project management scope of the project. Time plan, resource plan, tracking and communication plan, risk plan, quality plan, issue plan and change management plan, meeting documentation, project reports and project management processes and rules will be delivered.

Project Administration and Follow-up

Project administration records include, but are not limited to: Writing meeting minutes, writing reports, managing schedules, other miscellaneous office administrative deliverables, which will be performed by administrative and clerical staff.

Quality Management Plan

The objective is to ensure the high quality of deliverables, based on a detailed Quality Plan. Partners can be granted online access to continuously overview a project performance and status. The Quality Management requirements and outlines will be completed in the beginning of the project. Quality management plan will include: Requirements for evaluating project deliverables, especially learning materials, schedule of the audits, criteria and measures that deliverables must satisfy, corrective actions.

Quality Reviews

The Quality Management Audits and Reviews represent a method for periodically reviewing the quality of the deliverables as specified in the Quality Management plan.

Configuration Management

Configuration and version management is very important in this project, because multiple partners develop the course materials. To avoid different versions of course materials and conflicts among them, it is necessary to centrally manage course materials and merge differences into one main (trunk) version. Translated course materials will be stored as 'branches' to main development line.

Skill Card

The basis for developing training and certification materials starts with defining the skill set for each function. One of the major project objectives is the European alignment of skills and competencies.

Valorisation Skill Card: The skill set (skill card) describes the knowledge needed to master expertise in the field. The skill card is structured as follows: Knowledge domain / Job(Role) / Unit Element / Performance criteria. Defined skill set will be confirmed by all partners.

The Skill Card material is available from here.

Training Material

Updated learning materials, updated learning materials-trainee notes, training materials-booklet (in English), trainers guidelines, trainers guidelines-booklet (in English).

eLearning portal

This includes learning management system, online course materials, online Valorisation Expert course additions.

Exam Questions

To support the certification and online examination of the Valorisation Expert levels for each skill a set of multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be created according to the rules of the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA). A smaller set of these questions will be also reused for self assessment.

Pilot Trainings

Pilot Training sessions will be performed in order to check the accuracy of materials and approaches. The objective of Pilot Training sessions is to closely monitor the course and gather feedback from the trainees and the trainers. Its importance is to improve the correctness, consistency and completeness of all materials (learning materials and examination questions).

Report on Training

A report will be issued in order to correct errors, deficiencies and inconsistencies of all materials.

Examinations

Trial examinations will be carried out at the ECQA portal in order to check the accuracy, understandability and consistency of the question. Discrepancies between learning material and examination questions and general quality will be addressed.

Report on Examinations

A report will be issued in order to correct errors, deficiencies and inconsistencies of all materials.

The examinations will also form base for certification by ECQA of trainee who pass all the elements of the examination. A transcript of all the elements passed as well as an attendance certificate will be issued by the training partner.

Marketing and Publishing

A dissemination and marketing plan will be prepared to unambiguously define dissemination channels (marketing sources and targets), responsibilities, types of media, schedules and other details. The success of the knowledge transfer depends on the number of people reached. Marketing materials will be created to inform both a broad audience of potentials trainers, trainees and managers, and targeted groups (deep dissemination).

Conferences (EuroSPI / ECQA Days)

Conferences, workshops, information days and other events will be used as platforms for disseminating the project's principles and achievements. Personal presentations and attendance at conferences such as EuroSPI, SQM, ECQA Days etc will raise awareness about VALO and the need to address the shortage of Valorisation Skills.

Train the Trainers Event

Every partner will train 2 trainers in an event where all the material developers deliver training to their colleagues and receive training from their colleagues as well. Course agenda, invitation, mailing list, trainees (that will become trainers) database, questionnaire, feedback, improved learning materials.

Establishment of ECQA Committee

A Job Role Committee will be created within the ECQA schema for the Valorisation Expert Qualification.

Sustainability Plan

The Sustainability Plan will ensure that the project results will be continuously promoted and updated through the Valorisation Expert Job Role Committee (JRC).
